Good evening my reader, like all Sundays night, I'm gonna tell you what's happening in my personal life in my amazing journey with my son Gabriel.
We were able to see a neurologist few weeks ago and we will be back in few days.
Gabriel is now on medications and a gluten-free and casein-free diet and he's doing much better. We still have bad days, but he's improving steadly.
And you won't believe hoe much I'm enjoying cooking everything for him from scratch with all those special gluten-free ingredients and how good this "new" food taste.
I came across some very neat recipes on a blog from a twitter friends and would be a sin if I didn't share with all of you. So here it is: Wheatless Meatless where I found the yummiest bread recipes evah! And thanks to my twitter friend, gfveg, for giving me permission to share all this yumminess with you :)
The best news is that Gabriel is eating this special food really good and finally gain some weight after months of struggles for keeping his weight up, so YAY!
We also had his first soccer game yesterday and even tho they didn't really play since the weather wasn't good, Gabriel met some of his class-mate and had lots of fun! I alway love to see him smile really big!!

Aw, I'm so glad to hear that your son is doing better!!
I know all about the gluten and dairy free life style so If you need anything or have any questions, I would love to help you =]
kayla you're always a sweetheart! I will love to hear more, so far we have hard time eating out :(
I am not sure how good her book is, but Elisabeth Hasselbeck has a relatively new book out that may give you some more ideas or info on gluten-free meals; http://www.gfreediet.com/
