Mamavation Monday Week #7

After the flu, here I am again with another post for mamavation.
Very happy to realize that I lost again, this time a whole pound, 138 lbs.

I must admit, wasn't really difficult, since I wasn't able to eat much the whole week given the flu, just fluids. So, no much surprise.

What motivates you to get going and what keeps you going?

I'll say that most times it's really easy to loose motivation and when I do, I know is painfully difficult to get it back. My motivation is most things that I do is the thought of working myself to be a better person and I try to keep going repeating to myself that if I stop now will not be a big deal that I didn't reach my goal, but will be shameful and awful to loose all the work done so far.

Mamavation Monday Week #6

After taking a week off last Monday, here I am again with another post for mamavation. Very surprised to find out that I lost another 0.5 lb!!

And here my latest measurement:
Waist: 31.5"
Hips: 42"
Bust: 36
Thigh: 23"

So basically, I shaved off 0.5 lb and 0.5 inches off my waist, hips and bust, while my thigh is the same.

I must admit I'm pretty surprised 'cause I've been sick, kids are sick, packing and boxing like a mad woman and eating what I wanted when I felt like it.
But YAY me :)
