It's Your Time

Showing off a little something-something I got my self for Christmas and enjoying it soooooo much!!!
Comes from an amazing ArtFire studio, Your Time and I couldn't be more pleased than that!

Yummy Chocolate Lip balm tube, Handmade All Natural Treat Lipbalm, $2.95 by Your Time

When I saw the words yummy and chocolate I know there was something for me there and the word natural just called me for pushing the "Add to cart" button! I've been using it for over a week now and I'm addicted to it!! Now I can hide all the chocolate Iwat, blaming the fact that my mouth smells like chocolate from the lip balm and nothing else! lol

Lata was super quick to ship it to me and is a super sweet person to deal with!
Right now, she's participating to the Jean Love movement (see previous post for details): she will donate 100% of her proceeds from all sales until she total $50!!! Super generous isn't she?

So if you need jewelry, lip balms or soap and what to support Jean at the same time, this is the right time to shop, Your Time to shop to be more precise!

I have my eyes on this pretty!!!

Jean love

There is a falling angel on ArtFire land and a group of artisans are gathering together to support her.
Want to help us? Join us, it's easy.
Either shop from the studios donating their proceeds to Jean, donate your proceeds or promote us. A little tweet can make a big difference :)

If you are a participating studio, please feel free to link here! Post your name (or business name) and pick a picture, let's show Jean some love!!!

This linky will stay active all month, if the initiative will last longer I will reopen it. Thanks!

Edit to add: Some people are having difficulties using the linky widget. Please just leave me a comment (all the comments reach my inbox) and I will link for you.
Even if you're able to use the linky, please leave a comment with the details of your contribution.

As for myself, I'm having a 50% sale and all the profit from those items will be donated directly to Jean via PayPal. Plus I already picked few shops to buy from that are donating their profits :)

Back from Pensacola

Just in case I will not be able to blog for the next days, let me just wish you all a
Merry Christmas!!!

We went to Pensacola yesterday to get Gabriel to his neurologist appointment and were able to get an EEG done, that didn't show anything abnormal going on with his brain....phewww.
With that news, I informed the doc that this will be our last visit since in a year of his care he really wasn't able to tell us much more of what we already knew and all the solution he proposed failed. Plus, our insurance copay went up to $50 and we just can't afford to go back and forward is nothing is really going to happen.
But I was happy that my little boy was able to go through and have the EEG done, I think it was thank to hubby that was there, I decided to leave the room 'cause last time I had Gabriel kicking and screaming and was too hard for me to watch.

When we were all done with the doc, Gabriel gets in the car ans says: "I think I did a good job to the doctor, so now I deserve some chicken nuggets and to go play in the playground".
So, mommy and daddy brought him in total amazement.
And there they are, posing for mommy while I was taking pictures of how much fun they were having.

Up on the slide.....

....then down! I love how my children stick together to each other while playing!

We had and amazing day and I hope the same was for you :)

My work space

Well, with the death on my PC recently, are gone all my pictures and with them ideas of blogging topics.
But have no fear, I'm taking new pics and new blogging posts are coming!!
For tonight I thought I'd share few pics of my working area, were all the "Crocheted Little Things" are born.
I recently reorganized, but there is still room for improvements lol
This is the "work table" as I see it sitting from my computer desk. You can see my sewing machine and behind it a green box with scissors, tape, business cards and tags for shipping my packages out. "Attached" at the wall there are 6 huge boxes full of acrylic yarn organized by color. All my yarn used to be stored on a crazy big bin under the table you see in the picture, but when someone inquired about a specific color, was a PITA go through everything to see if I could find the magic skein. Now, I just have to turn my head from the computer and answer: "Yes, ma'am, the color you're looking for is currently available" :)
The 2 white cardboards that you see under boxes and poly fill and spare yarn is my "photo set up" that is actually not "set up" at the moment lol
The pastel colored skein of yarn is waiting for me to crochet some handmade Christmas gifts :)

This is instead my computer station from where I'm typing right now and each and every day(unless it decide to blew up again like last week end!)

And this is where I store my fine threads and cotton yarn and have my loyal scale on top of it.

Hope you enjoyed see where I work and from where I write to you everyday. If you'd like to share your work space with me, I'd love to see it!!
