This Monday is a tribute to my dear friend Sweet irie and her cupcake goodies!

Whats smaller than a purse, bigger than a wallet and more adorable than anything you've ever seen? If you guessed this stylish wristlet you would be absolutely right! And the awesomeness gets more awesome, because it comes paired with a matching key fob strap that clips right on so you'll have everything you need in one super-fashionable package.

Nearly three times the size of a coin purse, the wristlet easily holds all the necessities a cell phone, makeup, checkbook, sunglasses or whatever else you just cant be without. Handmade with designer fabric accents, this little sweetie has two layers of luxurious thick fleece and a double-layer of interfacing for stability, wristlets measure approx. 8.5" x 5.5" (21.59 cm x 13.97 cm).

The coordinating strap can be made with your choice of a Sweet Irie key fob or 3/4 thin strap, both made with webbing (for support) and the same designer fabric as the wristlet. Strap is big enough to slip on and off your wrist easily at approx. 10.5" (26.67 cm) and includes a split-ring keychain. (See last picture for an example of each strap.)

I'm back too!

Well, from Atlanta anyway.

I got my mom and sister on the airplane and drove back home in a miserable state all by myself.....America doesn't look the same without them by my side.

I'm trying to cope with the fact that I miss them at the point to feel sick, I try to think at the wonderful days and moments spent together. I promised myself that I would be happy and grateful that they came instead of sad and lonely when they'd be gone.
But I guess I can't. I'm not strong enough.

I wonder around my house, their absence is so heavy and I fight with myself to not cry.
Then I stumble in something......my sister forgot a pair of her shoes in the bedroom, my mom left her favorite hand cream in the bathroom, their bed still warm, little homemade meals frozen in my fridge for my enjoyment.....and I can't help, the tears just start flowing down, a knot in my throat and the minds goes back......Then I open my eyes again, feeling silly for crying and missing them so much. They're home with my dad, got back to their things probably missing me and my kids too.

And I'm alone again!

Trying to get the control of my emotions and pick up the phone so I can talk to them, but the phone call never last long enough, I have to excuse my self and go hide my tears.......

I guess we never grew up enough to get out of touch with the family. Friends come and goes, but family always stay there for you, no matter what, no matter how many miles away you run or how much time goes by separated.....Miles...do they have to be 10000 miles away? Wish all the land in the Earth was closer, distance just an emotion in our mind, money just useless paper and love the king of Earth.
But than I could also wish for no more hungry people, no war and no cancer. I'd be greedy don't ya think?

I promise to share with you some glimpse of their visit here with picture and all. I think it will help me cope with the fact that I miss them so much. In the meanwhile, if you have other suggestion for me to get over this withdrawing, I'd be grateful :)

A picnic...well kinda!

With my mom and sister here with us, we decided to take a trip and go to Ponce De Leon on Saturday to have a wonderful picnic.
We cooked, bought stuff, load the car and off we went.
55 minutes later we were there and by the time we unloaded the car and start eating, rain started to fall so heavy that we had to leave :(
Thundering and everything too :(
Very sad indeed! But we can't stop laughing thinking that our picnic didn't last more than 5 minutes!!!!

Gross I know!! We had to wait almost an hour sitting in the car to get out of there, since the rain was so thick I couldn't see pass 10 feet....yeah that bad :(

Not a bad day all in all, just definitely not a picnic kinda of day!

First day of school!

I know I've been really scarce about updating my blog and commenting of the blogs I like lately.
You all know that I'm enjoy the days with my mom and sister that flew in from Italy few weeks back and will leave in few weeks, so we're flavoring every minute together :)

On top of that, school started for my kids today! I know, it's really early and the bus picks both up at 6 am!

But I couldn't resist: I wanted to share some pictures with you!
